How many times have you hired someone to do a service for you only to be burned? You'de think that if someone was trying to get your business they would do everything in their power to make sure you walk away with a smile. And, for whatever reason, if something happened that prevented them from honoring their comitment, one would expect that they would make a concerted effort to make it up to you.
